How we count a notification
- One person receiving one thing is one notification.
- Telling 400 people once counts as 400.
- One person with four devices counts as 1.
- A retry we deduplicated does not count.
- Nothing you do in the console counts.
Going over
Nobody gets cut off mid-month. We would rather email you about a bigger plan than drop your notifications.
History and the record
History is how far back you can browse: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, a year on Max, and as long as you need on Enterprise.
The permanent record of what was sent, to whom, and in which language, is kept for one year on every plan, Free included. Enterprise can keep it longer.

Do you do email or SMS?+
No. Push and in-app only. If you need email, forward a Bzzt event to Resend or Postmark.
What happens to my launch price later?+
It stays as long as the subscription does. Subscribe by the end of November 2026 and the launch price is yours to keep forever.
Do you store my users' names or emails?+
No. An id you already use, a language, and the labels you choose.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
The Free plan is the trial. It sends real notifications, to real devices, with the whole product.
